Downloaded CC3 3.22 a fault error: File fail to open keeps occurring.

I have tried repeatedly to get CC3 v3.22 to load default project files and it fails to execute file load. Others have found this to be very frustrating' as well...is there a fix for this issue? Is an old unresolved issue. Please advise. Thank you!!

Sorry to hear you are having problems with CC.
We need more information in order to identify this problem. Is it happening when launching CC or just when loading certain project? Can you also provide a screenshot when the error occurred and your system information?
