When I have a character selected and then click on the Edit Reach Target button its panel does not open up ( I checked instructions described in the manual. )
Instead of the panel opening, the move, rotate and link icons on the top of the screen become greyed out instead. Clicking the Edit Reach Target button a second time restores the move, rotate, link icons. No panel appears regardless of how many times Edit Reach Target is clicked.
I have uninstalled the program, downloaded it again and reinstalled it, but Edit Reach Target panel still does not open up as it should.

I was already helped with this and the issue was resolved by erasing iclone 7 regedit entries.
