Issue 5681
Deconflict terminology for doing Iray render within iClone
The "iClone Render" terminology is confusing and can cause problems. When people are talking to each other, are they talking about the iClone native renderer, or an Iray render?

DESIRED OUTCOME:
Change the terminology to "In-session Render."

BENEFITS:
a) It more clearly communicates to the user that it is tied to your iClone session.
b) When people communicate, it will be clear they are talking about an "Iray" render, not an "iClone native" render session.

PICTURES:
1) Original terminology
2) Proposed terminology - See the yellow box in the attached mock-up.

NOTES:
This was originally mentioned as part if Issue #5664
https://www.reallusion.com/FeedBackTracker/Issue/Iray-Standalone-Render-must-continue-rendering-when-you-close-iClone

It was suggested by another user that this was IMPORTANT enough to justify having its own Issue.

I have modified terminology suggested for the "Background Render" too, which is part of Issue #5664.

I reported this Issue against the beta release so I could cross-reference the other "beta-reported" issue.

I thought it was worth mentioning...

Although they have not commented here, SEVERAL OF THE OTHER BETA TESTERS REALLY LIKED THIS IDEA, and said so in both the beta forum and during email discussions.
