Compatibility optimization for Intel Arc graphics card and software bug fixes in Cartoon Animator 5
I have installed Cartoon Animator 5 on a computer equipped with an Intel Arc A770 16G graphics card. I am writing to inquire about the official compatibility support for Intel Arc series GPUs.
Currently, serious performance problems occur during video export. Neither the CPU nor the graphics card shows any resource usage in the task manager. The rendering process is extremely slow and stutters severely. I sincerely hope that the development team can add comprehensive adaptation and performance optimization for Intel Arc graphics cards to enable normal hardware-accelerated rendering.
Besides the GPU compatibility issue, there are two other software bugs that need to be fixed: First, there is a transparency rendering error. The transparent areas of animated characters have abnormal visual leakage during preview and export, which ruins the animation effect. Second, there is a malfunction with the camera timeline. Once I select a character on the canvas, the keyframe track of the camera will automatically hide. The character track and camera track cannot be displayed on the timeline at the same time. This greatly reduces editing efficiency and brings unnecessary trouble to animation production.
Please help resolve these problems. Thank you. Please reply to my email after reviewing this ticket. My email address: 1596344505@qq.com 谢谢
