I have a question regarding the iClone to Cinema 4D Workflow.
As you can see in the screenshots, I have a model with a beard. When I animate it with Viseme, and then export it as an .fbx, the lower part of the beard (“Circle_Thick”) and the mustache (Mustache_Horseshoe) clips through the face and chin when he talks, as you can see in the final render output from Cinema 4D.
What you see in the image attached is the exact same frame in Iclone where it appears normal, next to it is the same frame rendered in Cinema 4D using OctaneRender, where the beard/mustache to clip through the face.
Any help on a fix for this? Would be appreciated, thanks!

Hi myleswitkowski,
Thanks for your Feedback,
When exporting to FBX, did you select the Cinema 4D preset for the output (as shown in the image)?
If the issue persists, could you please provide your Project file? This will allow us to reproduce the problem under the same conditions.
You can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and put the link in your comment. You can use Private Comment if you want to keep it private.
