Cant apply Subdivision Smooth mode. Bug

when i try to switch from tesselation mode(on smooth mesh) to subd mode
i get this error and iclone crashes

OS: Windows 10

I used my own character and switched to Subdivision. I didn't see any memory related messages. Can you please send your character to us for testing? Thank you.
