I tried to use the ActorMixer Pro randomizer. I added a default character. When I click Random Face, I get 'No CC3+ compatible skin material was found'.
When I click OK, I get 'Failed to randomize face. Please ensure all Mixer parts are functioning correctly and that at last 3 Mixer presets exist, then try again.'
I click OK, then open the Random Face Settings. In the default location for skin (C:\Users\Public\Documents\Reallusion\Reallusion Templates\Reallusion Templates\Skin\Head), it is empty.

You can try moving the ActorMIXER-related packs to the default location set in Template Content and see if this resolves the issue.
