CC5 lost server connection - refuses to validate characters
After working fine for about an hour, CC5 dropped contact with its server and now I can't use the avatars. Apparently ownership must be constantly verified over the internet or the content goes into trial mode. The program says to use Help / Activate Purchases but that's an endless loop and the program has to be terminated in Task Manager.

Is your issue still occurring?

If the problem persists, please try removing the content through Smart Content Manager and re-downloading it.

Is your situation like what I described?
When this message box appears:
* If you click Retry, after some time it shows the same message box again.
* If you click Continue to Load, it loads but shows the trial watermark.

You mentioned "CC5 won't load any avatar and hangs hard enough to require Task Manager."
Could you clarify at which step this happens?
Does it occur after clicking Retry, or somewhere else?

I know you're extremely busy on fixes; and I'm also sure the bugs are subject to triage.
I just want to add that my investment in CC5 is totally unusable, not a partial fail; besides, it was working great before it lost connection.
And by the way, does this mean that I'll never have access to my own content if the internet connection fails?
