Issue 7535
CC3 fails to import OBJ file
Dear Sir or Madam, Hope you are fine

I would like to consult a issue, I have tried the trial versions of Character creator 3 (3.2, 3.31, and 3.32), but I cannot import OBJ file created by Mavelous Design program, the CC3 always closes when importing OBJ file after select OBJ file to import and the progress box shows up (Please wait...) for a while, the CC3 shutdowns automatically, and when open and import it again, a massage application error pops up like: "Instruction at 0x00000000########### referenced memory at 0x00000#########. Memory could not be read" (Please see the attachment) and CC3 closes itself.
I would like to know that it was the problem of the software or my computer?. Also, I want to purchase the full version but I need to make sure that it will not crash like this trial. Once again, could you please suggest me a solution for this issue?.

My computer is: Windows 10 64bits, AMD R9 3950x, RTX 4000 Video Graphics card, 64Gb RAM. Graphics Drivers is NVIDIA Quadro RTX 4000 Latest version (24.21.14.6289) and DirectX 12.

Happy New Year

Thank you

Thank you for your reply, Yes I Used Create->Accessory->select .OBJ file, after select and waiting for the progress, then the program crashed.
Here is my link to the .DMP file: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hz-5UONCaB6i3L_mM2bVxIQ8djJQDHEp/view?usp=sharing

Please help me find the way solving it and let me know.

Thank You

Were you using create/accessory to import .obj
or what is your workflow?

could you provide your dump file ?
get error message > don't click OK > go to task manager> details > find CC > right click > Create dump file > open file location > upload to any cloud drive and provide link
