When you export a CC3+ character with MergedMeshes, import it into Unreal, the default setting for Opacity is too low, the default value for ORM multiplier is too low. And parts of the texture look overly glossy, or even dirty. In any way the presentation is in stark contrast to what the actual character looked in CC3.
Additional AutoSetup tends to import dozens, sometimes over one hundred unused additional textures.
Update: It apepars this issue only affects some older CC3 content packs.

Could you send one of your fbx, maybe we can use it as one of our reference to set default value.
