CC Content not clearly organized on market

It is unclear to me what content packs are actually CC3 compatible

Does this hair pack works in CC3?

This pack is filed under CC 2.1 but works in CC3

Same with thie Streetwear cloths pack https://www.reallusion.com/ContentStore/Character-Creator/Pack/MDCG-Street-Fashion-Cloth/default.html

If they work, are there shortcomings, things to be aware? The professional cloths pack for instance has shadows hard baked on the textures, still hoping this will be addressed by RL...
