Hi koulanaj,

Thank you for reaching out and providing the video link to illustrate the issue.

Regarding the "CC_Base_EyeOcclusion" turning into "transform1", please rest assured that this is the expected behavior of the Character Creator Auto Setup plugin.

The "CC_Base_EyeOcclusion" mesh is specifically designed to generate "fake" shadows for the eyes in real-time rendering engines. However, since Maya utilizes path-tracing renderers (such as Arnold) which calculate physically accurate and real shadows, this fake occlusion layer is no longer necessary.

To prevent this mesh from interfering with your lighting and rendering results in Maya, the Auto Setup plugin intentionally removes the mesh data during the import process, which is why it appears as an empty "transform1" node.

Your character's eyes will render correctly with realistic shadows in Maya without this mesh. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Best regards,
Kayla
