If you EDIT a newly-created Issue, you can see attached pictures, but cannot see other attached files when you EDIT the Issue.

Originally noticed on a Win7 desktop, using a PDF file.
That caused me to "re-attach" a PDF file, resulting in two copies.

I'll demonstrate on my Win10 laptop with a JPG and TXT file...

It is hard to write text with a mouse.
I should have used Paint to add text like I normally do.
