Bought Fire Fighter Character Pack - Issue with Retargetting
I bought the iClone 7 and some Export content for "Fire Fighters" character from marketplace just yesterday, I bought all these to make my life easy, but seems like I ended up in similar problems by spending rather more

The bones are completely different in this content I bought there are multiple spines, bones are not even as per the regular character of iClone7 characters, I am unable to match this to Unreal Engine 4 Mannequin Skeleton. The other characters from iClone 7 default are working though.

Please help asap, I bought this to make my work faster to quickly work on a game, but it seems like now I am stuck more as I already paid money here and can't even get this done from other experts :(.

Please advise.

When exporting the CC characters or G6 character to Unreal Engine, iClone will automatically convert the bone hierarchy and naming to best match the Epic skeleton. However, this feature doesn't support G3 character. That means you can still use G3 character in Unreal Engine, but depending on what you want to do, it may require more manual work.

Mapping the G3 character to the UE4 mannequin skeleton can be done by retargeting using different skeletons. There is a step by step doc from Unreal, you may start from here:

This is a very old iClone 3 G3 Character released in 2009, and updated for iClone 5.2. It uses an old bone structure that is nor compatible with any CC or even G6 characters.
