Blurred line around characters in renders

So, every time I render a picture out in iclone, there is a blurred line around the characters.
I want to print stuff out in huge format and this will be to visible.
I attached a print screen in Iclone withs is crystal clear and a cutout of a render with the blur line ( markt by the red arrow)
Why does this line appear and how do you get rid of it?

I have trouble schoot it.
It was the NPR post effect filter that does that.........
