Annoying bug on timeline, easy to reproduce
Ok, I will try to be very clear, step-by-step, if it is not clear enough I can record a video.

1.Open a new empty project on CA, on "Content" tab drag "Ariel1_F.ctTBActor" (but can be any character with 360 head)
2.Open timeline.
3.Open "Face Key Editor".
4.Click on frame 20 and turn head to Right or Left, you can use Gizmo or do it inside "Face Key Editor" window.
5.Inside TimeLine click in "Face" button to check your animation, you will see a small clip "New Clip(0)", you can expand "Facial Clip" to see keyframes, note the clip is from 0 to 20 frame.
6.Click on "New Clip(0)" and change the size of it using "Speed" button from "Loop/Speed" tool, lets say to 50, to make it more slow.
7.Now I click on frame 70 (empty) and try to move the head, I can't do it, it is very slow and weird, but it create a keyframe of it.
8.Now using the same "Speed" button I drag back the "New Clip(0)" to make is short and fast, now the frames mess up.

Overview, when I change the speed of clip and try to make a keyframe using 360 head out of original size of clip, it won't work properly.
