I tried to launch 3DXchange after purchasing it and the product will not open. The 3DXchange splash screen appears and then a white box flashes on and off the screen and then nothing. I've reached out to Support Thursday (5/28) but still have not received a response. Downloaded DirectX 9 to see if that would fix the problem (currently have DirectX 12) to no avail. Updated my Nvidia Studio Driver also to no avail. So now all my drivers should be updated but the program still isnt working. I'm running a MSI Trident 3 Nvidia GEForce 1060 16GB Intel 7700 Windows 10
