Run iClone 3DXchange v7.7 pipeline 3. Go to folder %localappdata%\Reallusion 4. Find the latest log file whose file name started with "3DX", attach the file to next comment. Irving Reallusion

Get system information by referring the link below:: https://www.reallusion.com/FeedBackTracker/Home/HowToGet II. Collect crash dump with the following instructions: 1. Open the link below: http:\\ftp.reallusion.com.tw\reallusionsupport\IC7_CrashDump.zip 2. Save the file "iClone_WER_Setup_mini.reg" to your computer, and double click it to enable log recording. 3. Run 3DXchange. 4. Do the operation that can crash 3DXchange 5. Once the program crashes, locate the DMP file under: %APPDATA%\iClone\CrashDump\ 6. Upload the DMP file to a cloud storage, e.g. dropbox, google drive. Then share the download link in your comment. Note: If you want to disable log recording, just run the "iClone_WER_OFF.reg" the same as in step 2. Your help is highly appreciated! Irving Reallusion
I updated to latest nvidia drivers, but that caused the egpu 2080ti to stop working. Rolled back quadro, both now work in other 3d programs and iclone, but not with 3dx.
