Park Coffee House is a complete exterior scene, including a coffee house with exterior only and additional exterior props (as shown in the promos). 
The scene is set up for animation, all elements are set up as sub-props for easy moving around and hiding, all ensuring good camera angles.

The promos are rendered in Omniverse with Path-Traced Rendering.
