42 Props total with 11 having both a regular and lopoly version for filling up your scene using less computer resourcess. 7 of the Regular poly buildings have doors set as sub-props with proper pivots for animating garage type doors sliding up and down or entry doors swinging on proper pivot. Buildings are not finished inside.

These props will allow you to easily create an extensive factory and building compound for your story. Textures are complete with normal and spec maps as well. Several piping components allow you to build a customized pipe system or use the pre-assembled pipe-wall.
