Meet Maddie from the Toons Folk series of G3 actors by Garry Pye. Taking full advantage of Cartoon Animators flexible bone system, these characters bend and stretch with realistic movement and you can apply side facing motions to the with great results. 

Additional spring bones have been added to a layered skirt for this actor, allowing you to keyframing its movement. Changing the Spring Bone parameteres on the skirt will also change its movement style (it is currently set to 'stiff').
