psition arrows
When i use FOG on in the visual menu, position arrows doesn't seen on the object if the camera too far from the object.

Sorry, i was wrong. The problem is not with FOG. I had too small Far clipping plane inside camera menu modify. On the picture you can see the character on the boundary. So if the object beyond far clipping plane value, position axis or rotation lines doesn't seen.
