Issue 11284
out of memory error
I'm simply trying to add another hip SVG sprite to my SVG character I made using the character create button in CTA5, and I get an error, "Failed to add element. File might not be compatible or system memory may be insufficient. Please check the file version and free up addition memory, then try again."

I am using a power PC with plenty of ram, SSD hard drive space, etc. I've restarted my machine and am only running CTA5 just to ensure.

I've never seen this error before. It doesnt matter what sprite (Svg) i try to add, it gives same error, no matter size or otherwise. I've had success before but now this is what I'm getting every time I try to add a simple sprite svg to my character.
