Further investigation showed that, in this instance I used a cylinder, instead of a box. To get the kinetic mesh correct I did a "self mesh". When I attached this new "seat phys" prop to the chair, the cylinder became very distorted. I recreated the prop (still using a cylinder and self mesh) and all went well.
Prop "Seat phys" is a name I give to a simple box prop. I then turn on kinetic physic for the box, and use it to keep skirts from falling through chair seats. I use that technique it very often, and have more quite some time.
Hi bubu, We found there is some wrong on prop seatPhys's mesh. There is a workround. Please open Scene Manager, pick prop seatPhys, then go to Modify panel Physics tab, uncheck Activate Physics, then check it again.iClone won't crash. Can you tell me how did you get the prop?Buy from Reallusion or download FBX and convert to prop via 3DX,or maybe you change some on the prop? Molly Reallusion

Hi bobu2357, There are 3 things I need your help with: 1. Once crash, try to find the dump file under C:\Users\[USER_NAME]\AppData\Local\Temp\Reallusion\IC-[TIME].dmp Another way: Step1. Press "Win+R" hotkey, keyin: %temp% Step2. Find Reallusion Folder. If there are .dmp files, please copy them to a cloud drive, so we can download. 2. If possible, please give us your project. Please put it (.dmp, .iProject) on cloud and give me the link so we can repeat the crash issue. 3. Please provide the dxdiag file for us. Step1: Select the "Start" menu, click "run". Step2: Input "dxdiag" & click "ok". Step3: It will check your system for a while, after finish, click "save all information". Step4: Save "DxDiag.txt" and send it to us. Thank you very much for your assistance. Soya Reallusion
