iClone keeps crashing at 19% of opening projects or restore projects

Projects are saved fine but I can't seem to open them. I have 2 GTX 970 Video cards, 32 GB of host memory and i7 4GHz and over 40 GB of SSD and the project files aren't that big -usually consisting of a character, animations and maybe an imported mp3. I attached an example.

Thank you, I did email you as requested, added the zip file, log and crash dump.. just waiting for the diagnosis & potential fix.

I didn't see the file you attached, please capture a screen shot of the crash, send the screen shot and the project file and iClone crash dump for further checking.
