iClone Crashes on Startup... Crashes when I save... Crashes when I want to manipulate the scene or even make a new scene...

I am a brand new user and maybe I'm not worth your time but I have a more than capable machine and still having a fantastic time using and trying to learn your software... it doesn't want to stay open or sometimes it doesn't want to start at all.

The Problems that I'm having:
1. crashes on startup:
- this happens every time after it crashes that it says that it found information from a previous session and wants to restore it. I would like to (because its constantly distroying my work) but it won't... it will crash immediately and without an error message... it just poof... gone.

2. Crashes anytime I want to "save as"
- I'm not so sure I can even save a file... I've never been able to... ever... it crashes without any error warning.

3. Crashes in the middle of pretty much any work that I'm doing.
- I was able to play around a little bit with the Kinect plugin and this is what I would use this software for is the mocap features.

Honestly, I'm willing to spend the money but if literally can not save a file then its pointless to me to use this... maybe its the video drivers? They are updated and the new version of windows is also installed... I have no idea what else I should update to try and get this to work. I would greatly appreciate the guidance if you are able to provide me any!

My system:
Intel i7-7700HQ @ 2.8GHz
GTX 1080 w/ 8GB
Windows 10. 1803

I am having the problem But using latest version 7.22 It crashes on startup  or if I computer goes to sleep. It crashes when working with a single character. This is the first time I've had such a problem with Iclone. I tried reinstalling still same problem (problem started somewhere around 7.1 or first patch after 7.1)
