i Purchased products on windows version and Hub cant download and install
i purchased multiple products windows version and the Reallusion Hub is not letting me install.
the download start and finished until 99%, and then stops and show this message :
"For an uknown reason, the downloaded installer file is not complete. The reallusion Hub will now download again. if this issue continues please check your internet connection.
there is no issue with my connection, it is working well, and i even tried to turn of the windows firewall. nothing helps.
Bad start to a very big purchase i made.will be thankful for help.
