Hi patrickkorf, Good to hear CC3 is works now. But the Hub issue is interesting, if happened again, please click the setting icon in Hub, and click Installer Location, then send us your CC Installer as zip format. i found the issue. i deinstall it manuell und install the newest file manuel without hub. and it works now. you can close the ticket. maybe there is a problem with the hub?

Also, if there still has a folder call "Character Creator 3" inside your install path, please delete it completely, and re-install CC3 for iClone and CC3 Pipeline Extension.
