Sorry for the late reply.
Although the problem had solved by re-download the CC3.
But if this issue happen again, please follow the step to get the log file and provide to us. (Currently only support the CC v3.04.)

Follow the step to get the Log file :
1. Unzip ContentManager_Log.zip, you will get three files ( ACContentManager.dll, EnableLog.reg, DisableLog.reg )
2. Copy and Paste ACContentManager.dll to following path and replace same file in folder.
( C:\Program Files\Reallusion\Character Creator 3\Bin64\Plugin ) ← This is default AP installation path.
3. Double click on EnableLog.reg and agree to run it.
4. Launch Character Creator v3.04.
5. Switch to Content Manager tab.
6. Click "+" button even is disable or not.
7. Close AP.
8. Check the following path and get the Log file.
( C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Reallusion )
9. Send this Log file to us, you can attach it in your next comment, and set as private comment if you want.
10. Double click on DisableLog.reg and agree to run it. ← This will turn off the Log Tracking when launch AP.
