I'm on day three of my 30 day trial and have been absolutely unable to download the "Free Resource" assets that I need to get started learning how it works. Every download fails before it finishes, I know it's not my internet, I can download multi-gigabyte LLMs without the download failing. This might be acceptable for free tools, you get what you pay for, but if I'm going to consider paying $99 a year for something I don't want to waste multiple days retrying downloads that keep failing. The whole point of a free trial should be to give me time to learn the tool and sell me on its features, so far Character Creator has done the opposite, it's been nothing but restarting downloads for three whole days. I won't be trying too much longer, this experience has convinced me that your tool is not for me, if I had subscribed and had this issue downloading paid content I'd be extremely upset right now. Instead, I'm just giving you a little tip that might help you gain or retain customers in the future. Include a good download manager that supports retrying and resuming failed downloads automatically, not everybody has a fiber connection directly to your datacenter and those of us who live in rural areas are lucky to even get 4g or 5g mobile internet service.
