Issue 3441
Would like to bring Morphs into Iclone from Daz
I would like to see the ability to import the Morphs from characters brought in through 3DExchange. I have tried to do this using the Obj export of a single morph but the position matching position between Exchange and Iclone. It causes the whole object to move instead of just the part needed to move. So would like if you would look at the positioning to match or make a batch function allowing us to move morphs which show up in Exchange.

I want it especially for Daz but think it should extend to other characters which Morphs show up in Exchange.

I understand the morphs won't always perform perfect in Iclone if bone structure is affected (seems to effect hands greatly. But some morphs such as weight, or facial expressions. this would be a great add on to the morph tool.

thanks

There is a workaround and RL probably is not aware of that, otherwise they would advise :)

You need to import 2 versions of the same DAZ character from 3DX into iClone - rigged and non-rigged (a prop)
Send Prop to Morph creator and then in iCLone select rigged character.
Next in Morph Creator allow morphs list to be built from a prop and use Update Morph button.
Back to iClone and you have all morphs on rigged character. Save it, load back to iCLone and you have all available morphs on the timeline.

No reply on this one?
Morph creator is useless to me because of that issue.
I still use face puppet to control the morphs,no problems with shifting position.
So why with morph creator? I really hope they will fix this soon.
