Will not load up normally, crashes

I just installed Character Creator 2.12 and when it loads I do not see a model there it has a white screen with bits and pieces of other menus on the screen, when I try to click new file, it tries to load then I get "Failed to load the file" twice and then the program crashes.

Please help

This is A Dell All-in-one Corei7 16 Gb Ram , 14 gig left free on HD

Hi, rick.melges,

I have got your files. It seems that your Dell 9010 All-in-one uses Intel Integrated Graphics only?
All iClone series products requires discrete nVidia or AMD graphic card to run. please check the system requirements here:

Do you have a discrete graphic card in your PC?

Please provide your DxDiag file and the Character Creator dump file to help us identify the problem.

To get the DxDiag file:
1. Select the "Start" menu, click "run" or press <Win Key> + <R>.
2. Input "dxdiag" & click "ok".
3. It will check your system for a while, after finish, click "save all information".
4. Save "DxDiag.txt".

Download the zip file with the link below, inside the zip you can find the description about how to generate the crash dump.
