Welcome/Home Screen
Many programs have a welcome/home screen that helps users get quickly started with the program. I would like to see a welcome screen with the following options:

* New Character - then brings up options to create a new character
* Import Character
* Open Project
* Recent Projects
* Side panel with news and promotions
* Links to help and support
