Issue 5963
Weird bug when exporting InstaLOD Merge Material
When exporting a character with InstaLOD > Merge Material with these settings:

- 3DS Max
- Deselected "Embedded Textures"
- Deselected "Include Motion"
- Selected "Delete Hidden Mesh"
- InstaLOD
- Merge Material (UV) > All > 4096

It automatically reticks "Embed Textures" at the end of the first export, and you need to reexport it with "Embed Textures" deselected again for it to work properly. This happens the first time you try to export with these settings when you open the software, and the second time it works as it should.

Hi billing_49,

Thanks for your reply!
Because we still can't reproduce this bug, can you capture a screen video for us?
You can upload your video to YouTube, and attach the link in your next comment.
Once again, thanks for your help and patience.

Hi, yes, this bug still exists. It seems to be happening with clothes added through CC3 (.obj-files), and the original CC3 content is reset to the original hidden mesh, meaning added hidden mesh will be shown once again.

Hi billing_49,

Does the hide mesh issue still exist?
If it does, please let us know the steps to repeat the issue.
Thanks for your help!

Hi billing_49,

We already re-produced the uncheck embed textures issue, and pass to our AP team.
But we can't re-produce the unhide mesh issue, can you capture the screen video for us to identify the issue properly?
You can upload your video to YouTube, and attach the link in your next comment.
Also, in CC3's default project, the Bra and Underwear Bottoms didn't have the hide mesh data, so if you directly export default project as FBX with Delete Hidden Mesh, it won't delete any Body mesh.

It also seem to unhide the hidden body mesh when exporting the first time.
