Issue 2353
Unexpected message "Please install iClone 7 first" at startup
Thanks for releasing iClone 7 and 3DX7 :-)

I installed first iClone 7 (in the default location), then its resource pack and now 3DX7. To my surprise, there is a "Reminder" message when starting 3DX7: "Some functions will be disabled. Please install iClone 7 first".

Which is unexpected and confusing. When a model is loaded, "Apply to iClone" starts iClone 7 and loads the model. So I wonder which functions are disabled? And why is iClone 7 not found?

Looks harmless, but just wanted to let you know because it gives a bad first impression.

It was like you suspected: I uninstalled the pre-release 3DX7 after installing iClone 7.
Re-installing iClone 7 fixed it :-)

Hi, Strombilder,

The 3DXchange 7 is a 32-bit application, so it will look for this file under "bin" folder, the other 2 files under the folders you specified was the 64-bit version for iClone 7 and the Morph Creator.

The "bin" folder (C:\Program Files\Reallusion\iClone 7\bin) is completely empty.

Previously in the beta stage, the RLHumanCore.dll was installed by 3DXchange 7, but in the 7.0 released version, it is installed by iClone 7.
It is possibly that you installed iClone 7 released version first, and then uninstalled the 3DXchange beta version, and after that, installed the 3DXchange released version.
So the RLHumanCore.dll file was removed by the 3DXchange beta version.

Please uninstall iClone 7 and reinstall it again, the RLHumanCore.dll will then be back.

Sorry for this unconsidered situation and caused the inconvenience, we will revise our installers to prevent this case.
