Transfer Skin Weight CRASHES CC5.11
Hi,

Whenever I hit Transfer Skin Weight on a shoe or whatever piece of clothing, it makes CC5.11crash. Its not high poly at all.

Tried with the option "default" and the other options as well. It loads until 10% and then freezes and then crashes.

Please, this is an urgent call.

Since you mentioned that the mesh is not high-poly but still freezes at 10% during the "Transfer Skin Weight" process, we need to reproduce this exact scenario on our end.

Could you please share the specific file that is causing this crash? Providing the .ccProject file along with the specific shoe or clothing asset (.obj or .fbx) would be extremely helpful.

Additionally, we highly rely on Crash Dump files to pinpoint the exact cause of the freeze. You can find your crash dump file at the following path on your computer:
C:\Users\<Your Username>\AppData\Local\CrashDumps
(Alternatively, you can simply paste %localappdata%\CrashDumps into your Windows File Explorer address bar to access it directly.)

You can upload these files (the project, the asset, and the .dmp file) to a cloud storage service (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive) and share the download link with us here. Please make sure the link permissions are set to "Anyone with the link can view/download."

Once we receive your files, our QA team will immediately investigate the root cause of the crash in CC 5.11.
