Toolbar Customization Resets After Restart
Hi Reallusion Support Team,

Hope you’re doing well!
I’m writing to kindly report a small but persistent issue in Character Creator 5: whenever I customize the toolbar (e.g. remove certain items), my changes are not saved after closing and reopening the program — everything resets to default.

It’s a minor thing, but it gets a bit frustrating over time. I’d really appreciate it if you could look into whether this is a known issue or if there’s a setting I might have missed.

Thanks so much for your help — I love working with CC5 and appreciate all you do!

Hello, 

I followed your advice and tried clicking "Save Layout" under the "Window/Workspace" menu, but unfortunately, this did not have any effect on preserving the toolbar settings. 

The toolbar still shows every Icon I removed upon restarting the application. I would appreciate any further assistance or clarification on how to properly save the customized Toolbar without the unwanted Icons I never use. On my main Computer I have no problem with alot Icons, but on my laptop with a small screen It is annoying.

You can try using the Save Layout function. This will save your current layout as the default.
