Timeline Issues
when you hit shortcut A on timeline doesnt create keyframes anymore
and when you hit the delete button with selected keyframe deletes the whole character not just the keyframe

its working when i press A on gesture layer (its not working on Lhand/Rhand)

It can't be allowed to add key in Gesture RHand & Lhand track.It should be disable.If you want to add key,please open Edit Motion Layer panel,the key will be set in Motion Layer track.

i tried it and it wasnt working on the motion layer track and transform layer. I didnt try it on the gesture layer

But i just tried it again to answer you for sure, and it worked fine now...

Which track did you edit by pressing shortcut A?
If you select the Transform, Gesture, or Motion Layer track, this shortcut should be work.
Then, if you have a workflow about deletes the whole character, like what track which your deleted keyframe on.
It will be helping us.
