Timeline Behaviours
Maybe these Timeline Behaviours would be useful:
[01] The option to click and select keys in the timeline without the playhead jumping to that point.
[02] The option to timeline zoom on a selected clip / area.
[03] The option to timeline zoom out to the limits of the in and out markers.

01 is already implemented and can be unchecked as "auto-align playhead" under Timeline section in Preference Panel
