the program asks to sign up ,but when i enter my gmail and password which are correct , it view this message

Hi kareemeldeep109,

I didn't find any product registered to your email. Please check your account page --> Registration and find the list of registered product.
As kyle said, you will need to login Reallusion Hub with the account that has Cartoon Animator 4 listed in the registered product.

You can check your hub login member account does correct.
This is your hub member account that does not match your purchase list.
