STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch CrazyTalk 8
2. Apply arandom project (e.g. 02 Style Change)
3. Navigate to Functional Toolbar > Create Script > Record Voice
4. On Voice Recorder panel, change the settings as below:Sample Rate: 44100HZ Size: 16Bit
5. Record audio file, then apply to Talk Mode
6. Navigate to Functional Toolbar > Create Script > Record Voice, check the Settings

ACTUAL RESULT
The settings change for Voice Recorder can't be kept

EXPECTED RESULT
It doesn't allow changing the settings, the default setting is "22 kHz 16 Bits Mono"
