Substance Painter Integration not working

I have Substance Painter installed on my machine and Character Creator 4 does not seem to recognize it. Button is grayed out. I reinstalled both programs and still see the same issue.

OS: Windows 10

Thanks for your feedback!
Substance Painter Pipeline only support CC3+ character, have you import one of this character to Viewport?
If so, it should enable this feature.
