Issue 5504
Slow update to Iray Preview Window when moving timeline scrubber
I noticed the Iray Preview Window updates very quickly when you pan or zoom, but takes a long time if you move the scrubber on the timeline.

I don't know if this can be "fixed," but I wanted to report my observation anyway.

TO DUPLICATE:
1) Open the sample project template "1.PBR Materials" (I'm sure any project would work.)
2) Move the timeline scrubber so you see something on the screen (I'm around frame 486)
2) Do an Iray Preview, and leave that window open
3) Change to the "Preview camera" so you can move it

4) Zoom in/our or pan left/right slightly
5) The Iray window will begin to update immediately - Happy

6) Click to move forward or backward ONE FRAME on the timeline
7) It takes 25 seconds until the Iray window starts to update (on my computer) - Sad

I suspect iClone completely reloads the Iray session when you advance the timeline, just in case "something changes," but if anything could be done to make this more responsive, it would be greatly appreciated.

My system specs are an Intel i7-3770k CPU, 16GB RAM, GTX 1080 graphics, and an SSD for my C: drive.

Two additional details about the slow refresh:
1) The basic behavior goes at least as far back as the Nov 1 beta
2) The Dec 20 beta is SLOWER than the other three I tested

The older versions were slower to display the "Updating...." message at the bottom of the Iray Preview window, however, they would perform the refresh in about 18 seconds rather than 25 seconds.

This means the Dec 20 version is about 25% slower than before.
