Serial number does not match the account
Hey guys

Just purchased the next tier up after getting a previous version refunded, now I am content. I have attacked RLDownloaderMgr.log and RLLauncher.log as well as a screen shot of the error

Hi, Markom3D,

Since you have refunded and purchased the CC3 Pipeline again, the original serial number was disabled and a new serial number was issued to you in the 2019/05/24 purchase. Please make sure you have uninstalled the previous CC3 Pipeline installation and re-installed again with the new serial number which ended with the last 2 character "VF".

You can confirm it in the "About" dialog by click the "About Character Creator" menuitem under the "Help" menu, check the "Extension S/N" item.
