Selecting Create Script -> Import Audio File crashes iClone

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1 - Open iClone
2 - Add character 7.7 demo project
3 - Select character with mouse
4 - Select Animation from Modify panel
5 - Select Create Script
6 - Click Audio file
7 - iClone crashes (screen shot attached)

Expected behavior - Dialog box should open allowing the selection of an audio file

Actual behavior - iClone crashes

OS: Windows 10

Hi there,

I really can't thank you enough. It seems to be caused by path problem. If you don't want to use OneDrive, you can remove it, and then enter the registry again to delete the OpenFolderPath directory. When you restart iClone, all open file paths will be restored to the default path. Please try it again. I hope it will help your solve this issue. Hi molese,

There are 3 things I need your help with:

1. Please help us to confirm  whether your system "Documents" directory exists? 
C:/Users/[UserName]/Documents

2. Please capture the view of "OpenFolderPath" and send it to us.
step1: Press Win+R and keyins: regedit
step2: Find the path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Reallusion\iClone\7.0\OpenFolderPath

3. Use Notepad to open the attachment: 0010.reg. Please change the path to "Document" path or material path, and then save. Please double-click to run 0010.reg. You can try the create script function again and see if it solves your problem.

Hi molese,

You can provide the dmp file for us. Please see attached picture.

Step1: When the AP crashes, please do not close the crash dialog
Step2: Open the Task Manager
Step3: Click the "Processes" tab
Step4: Right-click on the "iClone 7 AP"
Step5: Click the "Create dump file"
