Realtime for IClone Faceware is looking for not asking for a license # ERROR

Hi and thank you for your help. I have installed the motion capture and faceware apps a couple times now and I keep getting the folllowing error – how do I get past retry?

This is my second ticket in 4 or 5 days on this same topic with no reply.

OS: Windows 10
