Project settings + Preferences do not work, block program

If I use Project settings: CA is blocking.
Must use Windows program manager to close CA.
Can't use the settings!

If I use Prefences: CA is blocking.
Must use Windows program manager to close CA.
Can't use the settings!

OS: Windows 11

Do you have two monitors? Could the file dialog been dragged to the second monitor some time and leaved there?

If so, you can just drag it back from the second monitor. Or, you can delete the following registry key to restore all dialog positions to their default locations. 

1) Open Registry Editor:
Press Windows Key + R, type “regedit”, and press Enter.

2) Locate the path to delete:
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Reallusion\Cartoon Animator\5.0
