Issue 7365
Program causes blue screen crash when external disks are off
1. Launch program and work on a project using a computer with external USB drive.
2. Wait until the external drive turns off.
3. Try to "Save Project As...", "Export" or "Open Project". The external USB drive being off makes software crash to BSOD with the SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION code and bindflt.sys being the failed service.

After testing for a while I think this is the reason for the crash. If I force the disk to wake up before exporting, everything works fine. It's an outlet-powered drive, so it's not like current USB-powered drives.
Another issue might be my computer, because it's below the recommended specs, but I am not sure if that would cause these crashes.
