I'm having this EXACT same problem. The only difference is my 3dxchange version is 7.61. Also the links on this page no longer work.

I should add that I ran your reg edit for DX11 & DX9, and the problem occurred with both settings - 3DX Pro failed to launch.

I'm having the same issue with 3DX 7.4 Pro.  When I start it, the splash screen appears for a few seconds and then a white (blank) window opens for about one second and then closes.  I've uninstalled 3DX and reinstalled, but it did the same thing.

My machine is an HP laptop with an I7-8750H, 32GB RAM, 4TB SSD, and two 4K monitors.  The video card is an NVidea RTX 2070.  

I've attached the 3DX splash screen and I was able to catch the 3DX window just as it was closing.

Please let me know if you need additional information.

When I try to run the DX11 version, following the "Read Me" I get an error saying "Load msx Error"

When I uninstalled "Duet" 3DXchange is now working. This seems like something that should be documented somewhere.

As described in the previous comment, please ignore the "Load msx Error" message, and let us know does 3DXchange completed the launch process and ready to use?
