When I click on "morph" and then try to make any changes to the character by clicking and dragging, nothing happens. I've already reinstalled it several times and tested other meshes from other files, but it didn't help.
Problem 2:
The program can't find my ZBrush directory. I've already tried clearing the GoZ cache in ZBrush, but that didn't help either.
I'm not sure about the morph problem, will need your steps to check.
To open registry, type regedit under windows search bar may work.

Yes, those text files are correct, but I couldn't execute the second step; I didn't understand where to put that path. But my ZBrush is installed in the default location.
And about the morphs, why aren't they working?

Please check if the file exist:
C:\Users\Public\Pixologic\GoZBrush\GoZ_Config.txt
And inside txt containing path setting.( PATH = "C:\Program Files\Maxon ZBrush 2026\ZBrush.exe" ) It will be updated to the zbrush.exe you start.
And please check registry has your installed zbrush info. It should be under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Maxon or Pixologic
The name must contain ZBrush
